Because every piece is printed for you, there are two parts: making it (2–5 business days) and shipping it. In the US that's usually another 2–4 days, so most orders land inside a week. Canada, the UK and the EU typically take 6–12 business days. Everywhere else, 10–20.
From whichever print facility is closest to your address, so an order going to Texas isn't crossing an ocean first.
Not yet — we ship within the United States for now. We'd rather say so plainly than take an order we can't deliver. International is coming; leave your email on the home page and we'll tell you the day it opens.
Calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $60 ship free within the US.
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship it at no cost to you. You don't need to send the faulty one back.
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we can't resell a returned one. Check the size guide below before you order. That said — if the fit is genuinely off, email us and we'll sort something out.
Yes, if you reach us before it goes to print — usually a few hours. After that it physically exists and we can't stop it.
Measured flat in inches. The sizes offered vary by piece — each product page shows what is available. Lay something you already like flat and compare — it beats guessing.

Measurements are a guide — allow about ½" either way.
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener and don't iron directly over the print. Done right, the design outlives the piece.
